As a Hotel E-commerce Consultant with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality
and hotel industry, I help hotels increase their direct bookings, revenue, and guest
satisfaction through effective online channels, pricing, and reputation management
Currently, I work with various hotels to install, optimize, and manage their global and
local B2C and B2B online platforms, channel managers, and guest feedback tools.
I also plan and implement the e-commerce strategy of hotels by setting daily, weekly,
monthly, and seasonal online prices, based on market trends and demand and
competition sets. Previously, I was the Cluster Director of E-Commerce and Digital
Marketing for G Hospitality by Mar Yapı, where I oversaw the online presence and
performance of eight hotels and residences in Istanbul and Yalikavak. Before that, I
provided e-commerce and digital marketing services and Reputation Management
trainings for 18 Dedeman International Branded Hotels and Resorts. My passion is
to help hotels thrive in the digital age by leveraging the power of online platforms and
data.
